Me bread

Hello there, it has been a whole summer with no food blogging, oh dear. But we are back and all relocated to sunny Brighton and have become bread bakers. This is a very nice wholemeal loaf for sammiches. 

Potato nests

Yeah this is the book and the food. We gonna make this at a dinner party some time soon. It is very nice and tastes like mashed potato with an egg in it.

Fajitas!

Or are they enchiladas? Or quesadillas? Or tortillas? Who cares, NUMNUMNUM. They are nice.

Phew! This is a very solid meal. Check the double plating. For safety AND presentation.

Mac n cheese

Er this is a sideways photo of a real nice macroni and cheese we made before we put this in the oven. It looked so good cooked we forgot to take a picture. The seeds on top and the tommies are a real nice touch I think.

oh GOD yum

Yo, Lucy here, this be a bread and butter pudding! With a nice splodging of custard and cream. Mmmmmmmmm. We gleaned this recipe from the bbc food website.

mmmm chocolate

This may have been a vegan chocolate cake. It wasn't very chocolatey.

Courgette patties

Here was some courgette patties we made. Ray Mears makes a lot of patties from delicious things found in the woods and so we thought of him when we ate these.

A potato base de PIZZA

Dis is a beautiful pizza we made from scratch using just one potato mashed into a pulp and baked with vegemebles on top. Was tres bon. We may try a SWEET potato next time. Highly recommended.

PANCAKE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yo, here are some pancakes we flipped. We got a really good recipe from Patty's mum, ask us if you wants it!

Potato BAKE

Hi I'm Patterick and Lucy and this is a little thing I rustled up at Patterick's house. It is a little tato bake. Just cook up all the veg, lay some boiled potato chunks on top and pour tinned mushroom soup on top and whack in the oven. Many thanks to the Ling for teaching this valued recipe to us.

Creamy cheesey spinachy pasta

Hi I'm a man and I made this with a woman called Lucy. It's got cream cheese in it. Lucy felt a little overcome by the cheesiness of this one- so be cautious. Yes but I liked it and it was tasty so huzzah. It has tofu in it.

a nice rice puddin

Puddin rice is boiled in a pot and then mixed wit some milky sugary cinammon coconutty milk. This is hot and very good in these turbulent, cold and wet times.
